Amy Crowell is the Founder and Team Lead of Palm & Pine Collective at LPT Realty, a real estate team built on purpose, professionalism, and people-first leadership. Since beginning her real estate career in 2018, Amy has been passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with confidence while creating a seamless, personalized experience rooted in trust and exceptional service.

With a master's degree in education and a background in coaching, Amy brings a unique leadership perspective to both her clients and the agents she mentors. Known for her integrity, responsiveness, and strategic approach, Amy combines local market expertise with proven systems to help clients achieve their real estate goals throughout Central Florida, including Citrus, Marion, Levy, Hernando, and surrounding counties.

In 2024, Amy stepped into a Team Lead role within a large brokerage, where she coached and supported agents at scale. That experience helped shape her vision for what a modern real estate team should be: collaborative, culture-driven, and focused on long-term success. In 2025, she founded Palm & Pine Collective to bring that vision to life, creating a community where agents are empowered through education, mentorship, accountability, and shared values.
